Fine Ink 95% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% merlot 2%.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red color with intense iodine highlights. The wine has a medium body and is perfectly clear. The aromas are tremendously complex and distinctive. Initially, it releases fruity, jungle-like, and even floral aromas, which then transform into more powerful aromas as the wine breathes in the glass, giving it a unique personality compared to other Crianza wines. The tannins are gentle and pleasant, creating a marriage between the oak and the wine that is difficult to match. Notes of vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, and dried fruit are present, with a velvety finish and a lingering aftertaste.

Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC with a maceration period of 15 days. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and 6 months in French oak vats, plus 12 months in the bottle.
