Tasting note:
Yellowish-green, bright and sparkling.
A complex nose, rich and stone fruit with a touch of reduction, some varietal herbaceous notes. Spicy with empyreumatic aromas and a woody background.
The mouth feels dry with a touch of fresh acidity, yet also rich. A wine of remarkable persistence, ample and glyceric, ready to play with your emotions. That acidic, saline, and mineral finish will make you think. Hahaha.

Viticulture: This wine is made with the Albarin variety, from a controlled 50-year-old vineyard, trained in a bush vine system, located in the municipality of Villamañán (León). Altitude of 765 m.
Climatic year 2023: We can say that it is the hottest since we have records. Due to the anomalous temperatures, especially in the second half of the year, which were somewhat more moderate with average temperatures of between 18 and 19 degrees, which helped our vines to ripen correctly. The 2023 campaign has been one of the rainiest in recent years and with the aforementioned heat episodes they caused an advance in the harvest dates, even everything and with that we can say that it has been a very high quality harvest.

Soil: Alluvial terraces of stony clays, excellent drainage and good aeration.

Vineyard age: 50 years.

Vineyard management: Glass.

Harvest: September 9th, in wicker baskets of +/-15 kg.

Variety: Albarín.
