It is only made in excellent vintages and using a selection of the 10 best barrels from the San Juan payment. This single-varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) has a long finish, with a balsamic and mineral aftertaste. Aromas of black fruit and licorice combine with mineral notes. Its production is limited.
