Vineyards located in the area of Los Lasstros de El Pego on gentle slopes and planted in glass.
Age: Vineyards 20 years old.
Climate: Extreme continental climate with very cold winters, very hot summers with large thermal amplitudes and little precipitation.
Vinification: Perform a maceration prior to fermentation for 4 days, fermentation for 31 days at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and aging for 6 months in Bordeaux Hungarian and American oak barrels.
A wine with a medium-high layer and cherry red color.
It is an intense wine with a notable presence of black fruits accompanied by spicy and roasted touches.
In the mouth it is a broad wine with a long finish.
