Vibrant and with a wild touch: wild strawberries, orange peel and notes of aromatic herbs such as thyme. On the palate, it has very soft tannins, which leave a fresh and bright impression.

What to enjoy it with:
Well, we're not here for conventions, and when you open it (what a colour!), you'll see that you don't have to limit yourself to just meat, as with most red wines. Try it with exotic cuisine or a good assortment of cheeses. Egg dishes also go perfectly with it: the gelatinous texture of the dish appreciates the freshness and soft tannins of the wine.
