Well covered cherry red color, almost opaque. Still
like this with violet edges, deep and intense.
Aromas of high intensity and very complex,
cherries in liquor, currants, sloes, violets,
very integrated smoked and strong spices
given by the wood.
In the mouth it is round, fatty, but with nerve.
Repeat the candied black fruit with subtle
Sweet aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. Memories of
minerality, blond and pipe tobaccos. A great
step of great persistence and personality.
